Kohls has ended its relationship with a Florida man who allegedly used its jewelry to buy stolen jewelry, the company announced Friday.

The company said in a statement that it “fully cooperated” with law enforcement and has “zero tolerance” for this type of behavior.

“The actions of one individual have resulted in the loss of the trust of our entire community and we will continue to work with law-enforcement agencies and other appropriate partners to address this situation.”

The statement did not say how many Kohls stores were involved in the incident.

The company said it had no comment beyond the statement.ABC News’ Jennifer Kelleher contributed to this report.
